All-over screen printed tees

All-over screen printing is when the pattern is printed over the whole tee shirt. This can only be achieved by printing directly on to a roll of fabric, then cutting and sewing that fabric into a tee shirt.

The below shows multiple screen stations on a roll of fabric. As the fabric progresses along the printing line, colours are layered and the design is built up.

This is what we do. We print our unique designs on a roll of fabric, then we cut the printed fabric and sew the t-shirts. This gives us the freedom to customise the tee shirts to maximise quality and longevity. We are not limited by the fast fashion bulk tee shirt manufacturers that most screen-printed tee shirt sellers use.
