Why is all over print hard to find?

Cost. Its expensive to manufacture in small quantities.

In order to make all over print t-shirts competitive with single screen print t-shirts, the manufacturing quantity needs to be in order of 10,000+ shirts. This is to offset the initial capital of creating the many rotary or flat bed screens which are required to manufacture one design.

This is why all-over printed tee shirts are generally only sold by the big, low-cost fast fashion stores such as Cotton On, Target, Big W and Kmart.

Smaller players, such as us at City of Antics Clothing, choose to make smaller order quantities at a higher cost. Over time, as we sell more tee shirts, we may be able to lower the price.
